I just finished the Kick the Cravings Program! I knew you told me it would help, but I had to experience it myself. I am a sugar addict! I didn’t crave sugar at all and was completely satisfied. I even ate more than I usually do. I had a headache the first two days coming off of the “sugar high” but now I feel amazing!
I have lost 14 pounds now and feel absolutely amazing. My cravings for processed food have pretty much completely disappeared. The inflammation in my body has also improved. I am so pleased that I have now encouraged my husband to begin the program so that this can be a way of life for both of us. Thank you so much for introducing us to this lifestyle and educating us about how to eat properly.
I was skeptical that this would work for me. I have a HUGE sweet tooth and struggle with dieting. But after 2 days on the program, I was shocked that I felt no desire to eat simple sugars or junk food. It was so easy to get through and I lost 11 pounds. I now realize the importance of keeping my insulin levels steady and the low glycemic shakes for breakfast help me get a great start on the day! They are deliciousI really look forward to them. I have never had vitamins give me such amazing results either! I am so thankful for the education I received from the Inspire Health coaches! Can’t wait to see what the next few months bring!
I’ve been so amazed with my increased energy level since doing the KickStart program. Before, I always crashed at least once a day. My head would get ‘fuzzy’, I’d have tunnel vision, a terrible headache, any work for the day was over. Now I start the day with a shake and munch on a bar or other ‘clean eating’ food every few hours and feel great! I’m never hungry. My energy level is even-keeled. I often get home from work, feeling like I could have already eaten dinner and not known. And I end up usually having another shake because I miss the taste! So thankful I feel so great now!
It is so fun to do the Inspire Health Team programs together as a couple. We are on day 3. Our cravings are already greatly reduced, we feel full and satisfied, have much more energy and have lost weight (He has lost 4 lbs and I’ve lost 2 lbs). We’re excited to use this low glycemic diet to reset our blood sugars and spur us on towards cleaner and healthier eating habits!
I am so thankful for this program! It is so delicious with convenient meal replacements to give me all my nutrients I need since I am always on the go! No artificial flavors or artificial colors and it keeps my blood sugars stabilized with the perfect balance of GOOD carbs, protein, fiber and fat. It’s amazing!
The KickStart Program has been so easy to follow and given me the jumpstart I need to transition into a low glycemic lifestyle. I’ve already lost 10 pounds and its amazing that I really have no desire for sweets or my usual glass of wine at night. I’m going to spend more time this week educating myself on what I need to be eating for my other meals during the Transform phase! The Inspire Health Team and their program has been a miracle for me. Struggling with Diabetes for the past 20 years, I have had to control my blood sugars with medications. After the program, I surprised my doctor with healthier blood sugar levels. To this date, I have lost 20 pounds, my husband has lost 20 pounds and I am now helping my family, who also struggle with diabetes. Thank you so much for introducing us to this incredible program that has helped us make lifestyle changes in the way we eat!!
I just completed the first week of KickStart and the results so far show I’m down 6 pounds. I feel great and am sleeping so much better! I’m looking forward to continuing a low glycemic diet with very intentional food choices going forward. My goal is to make better choices than yesterday and to compete with myself!
Finished the first phase of KickStart and I feel great! It was a simple and delicious way to get my body used to eating every two to three hours and snacking on veggies. I lost 5 pounds and feel less bloated and more energized! Can’t wait to continue my journey into the next phase to continue creating better habits and reaching my goals. The Inspire Health Coaches are so encouraging! I couldn’t have done it without the encouragement and education!
The program has been extremely helpful for changing how I look at food and what I’m feeding myself and my family. Just recognizing the hidden sugar and finding ways to eat cleaner has helped me increase energy and lose weight. I am going to continue with the shakes as I keep working towards my goals because they are delicious and effective. I don’t feel hungry all the time, I’m not craving sugar all the time, and I’m not snacking at night. The supplements are giving me a nice energy boost which helps with motivation to exercise and I’m sleeping better. I love that my clothes are fitting better too!
I have really learned so much from this program. I loved the shakes they helped me lose 5 pounds.,but more than that I felt energized and I could really feel the inflammation in my body dwindle each day! The supplements also helped improve my body, it felt stronger and more agile. Even though I was suffering from a painful foot problem I was motivated to do sitting exercises and floor core work. The support from the IHT coaches kept me motivated. Never once did I feel this program was too overwhelming. Thank you all for putting me back on my healthy road!
The variety of information and participants’ responses has been so helpful! I have been able to broaden my tastebuds and cooked delicious meals thanks to all of the shared recipes. The weekly updates and info has really caused me to think twice about food choices at the market. I now consider myself a healthy eater. I am now proactive and am taking ownership of my own health . Thank you to the coaches and health partners for sharing and encouraging.
I have to admit, I was skeptical starting this program. I am in good shape, working out 4 to 5 times a week and don’t need to lose weight. I also don’t really have a sweet tooth. But what I realized after doing this is how much better i feel when I put better food into my body. Before I would always chose the French fries. ALWAYS! And then wonder why I felt so “icky” afterwards. Now I don’t even want the fries. Don’t get me wrong, I’ll have one or two off of my son’s plate, but that’s it. That’s a huge change for me! Also I never ate breakfast because it made me feel sick. Now I have a shake and I’m all set! When we would go out for breakfast, I’d have pancakes, etc. and again wonder why I felt icky. This morning I had Greek yogurt with granola and fruit and some scrambled eggs and I feel amazing! It really opened my eyes to my choices (and I honestly didn’t think I had anything to learn)!
